Here’s my talk from the 2026 Blender Conference, the Blender + AI-Enabled Tools & Workflows SIG. The SIG covers some broader AI literacy, Blender’s history with AI, the current guidelines and projects, and also reframing this discussion through the lens of “The Blender ethic.” Namely: Software freedom, project sovereignty, open culture, and our history as technological tinkerers.
